UNITED STATES

Eligible in all states except New York, Florida, and Rhode Island unless bonding/registration requirements met.

EUROPEAN UNION

Open where local laws permit prize promotions. Fully GDPR compliant.

ASIA-PACIFIC

Residents of Japan and China excluded. Open elsewhere where not prohibited.

EXCLUSIONS

Employees, officers, contractors of $LUCKY HODL / My Crypto Factory and immediate family ineligible.

Winner Notification +
Winners notified via Solana wallet or verified social handle within 72 hours after milestone snapshot. If no response within seven (7) days, prize may be forfeited to alternate participant.
